Back for another year is our local Trick or Treat on Mainstreet Event.
October 31 from 3-8:30 pm.
This event has been going on since I moved here 23 years ago and is a ton of fun, and nice for those of us that live in the rural areas where the houses are so far apart.
Local downtown merchants give out candy and goodies to the kids and there are usually costume contests but I haven’t been able to find out much information on this.
If you know anything more, please post it as a comment below.
Rumor has it there will be facepainting, games, pumpkin carving etc. at the O’Brien Park. I’m sure it’s all dependent on what the weather and snow is like and will be a game time decision. Look for events to possibly be moved into the Mainstreet Center facility just west of Ruth Chapel on Mainstreet.
