I'm going to kick it off with my latest obsession down the road in Castle Rock CO. CRAVE BURGERS! Oh my gosh… They have about 30 of the most flavorful and unique combinations to dress up a burger with that I've ever seen and they totally rival Cherry Cricket Burgers. It's in the same shopping center as the movie theater near the outlet malls and I promise you it is worth the trip.
Parker Asian Bistro is awesome! The food is really good and not expensive, plus the servings are big! Two people can share one entree! Call ahead and pick up your food through the convenient drive through pick up window in 15 minutes. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free! This is one of our favorite places to get gluten-free food!

Parker Asian Bistro Changed it’s name back to Mark Pi’s and we attended their ribbon cutting. Excellent food and wonderful new owners.
