Review for Cotton Kloset: Very rude and poor service. Visited the store on three different occasions and was disappointed each time. Store and selection are good, but does not make up for bad customer service. Will not be going back.

I feel your pain, Carri. Nothing….NOTHING….makes a merchant more unappealing than rude staff. With so many seeking employment, one has to wonder who is doing the hiring and why he or she could not have made better hiring decisions.

Pastry Perfection moved to town and our Celiac and Allergen group networked for them and spread the word. This week I went by to ask if I could bake a round cake and have to put a frog/icing on it for my child. The front end clerk was very, very helpful/nice but the owner in the back was mouthy and rude. We could not risk cross contamination with nuts and that is why I wanted to bake and they decorate. He explained food laws, etc but it was just how she acted in the back…we BAKE cakes for a living here, etc.
We will never buy GFree from them again.

I love the store “Treasure Alley” tucked away near the fieldhouse in the new strip mall area, I think near Dransfeldt & Plaza. Awesome selection of UNIQUE gifts … hard to come by with all the big box stores pushing these stores out. They are always very friendly and helpful and do a nice job of bagging things up if they know it is a gift…..free of charge, no less!!!!

I’ve never been there… Those shops are so tucked away… they need to get together and do events like the folks on mainstreet are doing this year! I’ve learned so much about shops along mainstreet while attending the wine walks..
