Order Palisade Peaches from the Parker Rotary and support local charities

Everyone knows the best peaches in the whole world are from Palisade on the Western Slope of Colorado, but it is four hours from Denver so if you want to buy in bulk you have to drive yourself down there. For the second year in a row, the Parker Rotary Club is doing the driving for you.

You might say, “I can’t use a whole box of peaches for just my family!” but they bet you can. There are so many things you can enjoy peaches with.

* Peach Pie
* Peach Cobbler
* Peach Jam
* Grilled Peaches
* Sliced up in a glass of champagne
* Sliced over cereal, ice cream, with other fruit
* Standing over the sink and eating one after the other. (It’s hard to stop once you get started).

Freezing peaches is actually very simple as well. Just slice them and stir with a bit of sugar and lemon juice. A video below will walk you through the easy steps.
