Holiday Carriage Rides in Historic Downtown Parker

The Town of Parker is proud to host free holiday carriage and wagon rides again in 2014

Experience the magic of downtown Parker! Rides will be provided every Saturday between Thanksgiving and Christmas from 5 to 9 p.m.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving Nov. 28. through December 20, 2014 the horses, carriages, and stops will be ready to show you how Historic Downtown Parker celebrates the holidays. Come enjoy a relaxing evening sure to make some wonderful family memories.

The Town of Parker and our local merchants do such a great job of dressing up our home town for the holidays and this is a great way to take it all in.  From O’Brien Park to the historic Twenty Mile building to the local businesses your eyes will be filled with delight and christmas cheer.

The carriage rides start at O’Brien Park or the PACE Center in Old Town Parker, and take you on a relaxing ride through the entire Historic District. They are a great way to share with friends and family, or have a relaxing and romantic evening. Come down and grab a map at any of the stops to see where all of the activities are!

In addition to the carriage rides, there are several other activities for your entertainment:

  • Visit with Santa and make sure he’s got the right gift on his list
  • Take advantage of specials from local merchants & restaurants
  • Other local entertainment to be announced

Santa will be available on 11/28, 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 and 12/20 from 5-8 p.m.
