Parker Historic Preservation Commission Volunteer Positions Available
ByAre you interested in Parker’s history? Are you looking for a way to get involved in your community? If so, the Parker Historic Preservation Commission would like you to join us as an Alternate member!

The Parker Historic Preservation Commission is an advisory commission that is responsible for landmarking eligible Parker properties. The Commission also fosters civic pride through educating about and creating awareness of the Town’s unique historic resources and heritage.
The Commission meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mainstreet Center, 19650 E. Mainstreet. can’t join because i live in wisconsin but my family, my grandfather and great uncle are in the picture. my niece jenny brutvan may be interested in joining. she lives in parker. Anyway, any information that can help me add to my family book that i am working on would be helpful. or if i have anything to give back to you. would be happy to email back and forth.

Hey Barb, that’s really cool! What are their names? If you have any photos from the old days of Parker I’d love to post them and I’d get them to my contact at the Parker Historic Commission and the one for Douglas County CO as well.
