Free Downtown Trolley Ride to be Available During the Douglas County Fair Parade
On Saturday, August 11th following the Fair Parade to 8 pm, the Downtown Merchants Association will be providing a free trolley to people who want to travel between the Douglas County Fairgrounds and Downtown Castle Rock. The trolley will pick up from in front of the Events Center at the Douglas County Fairgrounds and make multiple stops in Downtown Castle Rock. For that day only, people who use the trolley will receive a coupon for discounts to downtown stores and
restaurants.
Stop Locations and times
- Fairgrounds Event Center top of the hour
- 3rd and Perry Street 10 after the hour
- 6th and Wilcox Street 20 after the hour
- 4th and Wilcox Street 30 after the hour
- 3rd and Jerry Street 40 after the hour
- 1st and Wilcox Street 50 after the hour
The trolley will allow people to park Downtown or at the Events Center and enjoy both the activities of the Fair and Rode at the Fairgrounds and the amenities and discounts being offered downtown.
