New Fitness and Wellness Classes to Jumpstart your 2018 Goals
Join others in the Resolution Success Group to help create an action plan to increase success with your fitness/wellness resolutions. Groups meet each Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. at the Parker Recreation Center from Jan. 23 to Feb. 13. Cost is $60 for Parker residents and $66 for non-residents.
Tired of feeling stressed? Learn proven, powerful methods to reduce the amount of stress you feel each day with Calm Your Overwhelm on Monday, Jan. 29 from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. at the Parker Recreation Center. Cost is $15 for Parker residents and $17 for non-residents.

New Group Fitness Classes and Extended Childcare Hours
Parker Recreation has added new programs to the group fitness schedule including new barbell classes, Zumba® Burst, Aqua Jogging, Boot Camp, Cardio Blast, GroovaRoo Dance™ and more! Childcare hours have been extended until 1:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, to make it easier to attend the lunch-time group fitness classes.
