April 18, 12:00 noon Update: Douglas County School District, High School Principals and their Prom Teams have been collaborating this morning and have decided to host their three proms tonight as regularly scheduled this evening. Reports from prom venues are that they are experiencing rainfall in their area. DCSD crews have been servicing our school sites and traveling main roads throughout the day in preparation for after prom festivities. The snow is expected to turn into rain and clear this afternoon with temperatures expected to warm up slightly throughout the day.
Students please exercise caution on wet and slushy roads – particularly in neighborhoods. Stay safe and have fun!
