David has lived in and served the Douglas County area for 22 years being elected to Town Council in 2002, elected Mayor in 2004 and re-elected in 2008. He is a fixture at pretty much every event in town and is always happy to help with any fundraisers or community events that are happening. Mr. Casiano is not a typical politician, you know where he stands on issues when he speaks and he doesn’t wobble to the popular opinions.
His goals are simple: create a vibrant economy, provide services without raising taxes, and serve the community with integrity and honesty. His passions are obvious: promote the welfare of our youth and remind our government to serve the people and not the other way around. His focus is shared: make the government accountable and fiscally responsible.
He currently teaches at Lutheran High School of Parker, and has conducted classes on the Constitution and Government throughout Douglas County schools.
