Locally grown, globally loved captures the essence of both The Inverness Hotel’s new ‘Sip & Savor’ wine dinner series and the amazing talent of Colorado’s most youngest performers, the Colorado Children’s Chorale. For three months, one talent will feed the other, as 10 percent of proceeds from each wine dinner will go to the Colorado Children’s Chorale. Mercer Estates Winery has partnered with Lukas Liquor to select the perfect Washington state wines to complement Executive Chef Rodney Herwerth’s locally-sourced, summer dining menu. The Inverness Hotel will host three consecutive Sip & Savor dinners, beginning Wed., July 21, to raise funds exclusively for the Colorado Children’s Choral. At each event, attendees will receive a WinePort, a wine passport offering discounts at Lukas Liquors, a free wine dinner and a chance to win prizes and giveaways. For reservations, call 877-857-5680 or visit The Inverness Hotel.

baca restaurant at the inverness hotel englewood colorado.

Tucked away in south Denver, The Inverness Hotel’s signature restaurant, Baca, will be the gathering place of choice to launch this new series. Dedicated to carefully pairing every morsel with each sip of the hallowed grape, Sip & Savor aims to elicit the perfect palate pleasing experience in a charming setting. Baca’s ambiance is conducive to intimate conversation or lively discourse and there are ample opportunities to make new acquaintances with fellow wine lovers.

These same ingredients of perfection, opportunity and choosing the best from the area are also essential to the continued success of the Colorado Children’s Chorale, self-described as a “locally grown and globally loved group” of 400 youngsters, ages 7-14, which are supported by professionals focused on guiding them to be their best. These talented youths come from all backgrounds and work long and hard learning choreography, voice, lyrics and stage presence to put on blockbuster performances here and abroad. The Chorale backs up legendary entertainers and serves as chorus in a number of operas, as well as staging its own revues. The children and adult staff love every moment of the experience and the confidence, discipline and sense of camaraderie last a lifetime.

The Inverness Hotel, Mercer Estates Winery and Lukas Liquors are happy to lend their support to such a positive and well-rounded venture of proven success. To learn more about Colorado Children’s Chorale please visit www.childrenschorale.org
