Karaoke Nights in Parker Colorado

DJ Cort offers a great variety of music to sing or dance to.
Show starts at 8pm and continues until close. Wednesday is ladies night $1 drinks!
Thursday – Buffalo Boyds located on 12543 N Highway 83, Parker, CO 80134
Avery has been well known in the Parker area for some time! Well now he is back! Come see him for Karaoke at Boyds. 9-close
Saturday – Brunswick Zone located on 9255 Kimmer Dr, Lone Tree, CO 80124
DJ Cort will be playing this show from 8pm – midnight in the fireside lounge.

Pumpkin Festival Weekends! All activities are the same each weekend!
11 AM – 1PM, Cooking and Tasting Demonstrations
Herb Gourmet, Deb Whittaker C.H.E.F. (Cheap, Healthy, Easy, Fresh and Delicious). Deb shows us her talents with pumpkins and winter squash. Come pick up some recipes and ask your questions on how to serve these yummy veggies.

This event in Monument was the closest Pumpkin patch I can find and it’s only 25 minutes South of us on I-25.
2009: We’ll be open from Sept. 25th to Oct. 31st, Fridays and Saturdays 9-5 PM
Open in October on Wednesdays and Thursdays 9-12 AM

Adults & Children: Fridays-$5 per person, Saturdays-$7 per person
Children under 2 years of age: FREE
School/Group rates available for 15 or more.

Join with the Parker Community at a fundraiser to help Taylor Ellison a 4 year old with brain cancer at the Wildlife Experience. There will be a gathering in their gorgeous new space,the Globeology Mezzanine!
Saturday June 27, 2009 6-10 pm
$10 advanced ticket purchase or $15 at the door
This great area is suspended over the Globeology Exhibit, giving guests a birds-eye view of our planet’s most precious environments!
Guests are welcome to walk the exhibit during our fundraiser!
You won’t want to miss this!
Bring all your friends, neighbors & coworkers and join the friends and family of Talyer Ellison for a fashion show, clothing, jewelry, makeup/skincare tables along with many other vendors, a life DJ, chair massages cooking demos, etc. plus a silent auction (see link below) Save the date and come knowing that most of the profits from each vendor will go directly to the family! PARKER COUNTRY FESTIVAL June 12, 13, 14

Those who live and work in Parker know that you haven’t truly experienced the town until you’ve been to the Parker Country Festival, a signature event of the Parker Chamber of Commerce!
Complete with a carnival, homespun crafts, good food and plenty of FREE music, the festival offers three action-packed days of activities for the entire family. The 2009 Parker Country Festival is scheduled for June 12, 13, and 14
This Festival is put together by the Parker Chamber of Commerce and is one of their signature events.

A combination of beautiful Colorado weather, rides and games, FREE live entertainment and more than 120 fun-filled arts and crafts booths in the Market Place provide the community with a fantastic weekend of fun. As always, there will be plenty of your favorite Festival Food options and beverages in the Food and Beverage Garden. A special area known as Kids Country features special activities for children, such as unique bounce houses and a family entertainment stage.
Saturday morning of the Festival ushers in the traditional hometown parade. Each year, Mainstreet and Victorian Drive is lined with families enjoying a variety of parade entries, including floats, marching bands, horses and vintage cares. Several civic organizations and nonprofit groups host special events as well, such as community pancake breakfasts.
The popular Parker Idol contest will be back, however it only for adults. There is a Youth Talent Showcase for ages 4-18! , performances will be On Saturday and Sunday. Information will be available by April 15 for tryouts and IDOL Competition.
A great way to get involved in your community is to volunteer at the Festival!
For more than 30 years, the Parker Country Festival has been the signature summer event of the Parker Chamber of Commerce, uniting Parker in community pride. With more than 100,000 people attending over the three days, it is an event that simply cannot be missed.
***Important Note: Because of insurance requirements, no open-toed shoes or sandals will be allowed on any carnival rides. No exceptions! Anyone with open-toed shoes or sandals will be turned away from the carnival rides.
*** NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
Brule’ & AIRO Coming to Monument CO

The Palmer Lake Historical Society, in partnership with the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, is sponsoring an historical and cultural event at 7:30 pm on Friday, May 22, 2009, at Palmer Ridge High School, Monument, Colorado. Doors open at 6:30 pm. The event features a stage performance by the award winning Native American musical and dance group Brulé & AIRO. Brulé & AIRO preserves and promotes Native American history and culture by blending traditional and contemporary Native American songs, and by providing interpretive dances by Native American dancers in full regalia. In 2008, PBS television aired the group’s “Concert for Reconciliation of the Cultures,” which was filmed before an audience of 11,000 people at Mt. Rushmore. The group has sold over a million CDs worldwide and has continually sold out the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs for their annual Holiday tour.
The performance is General Admission. Advance tickets are $25.00 each, $30.00 each at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Palmer Lake Historical Society and the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce.
